- 2/3 cup AYAM Light Coconut Milk 270ml
- 125g raspberries
- 1/4 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
Simply combine all four ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Add some ice cubes so that it is chilled.
Pour into serving glasses through a small strainer to remove any seeds.
A healthy and great tasting smoothie !
