We will be celebrating International Women's Day all month this March! Hence, we will be introducing three superfoods which will are healthy and nutritious for your mind and body!

Sardines are packed with rich 'essential' oils such as omega-3 for a healthy skin. The nutrients that sardines contain enhance your skin leaving it soft and supple.

Tuna is rich in protein vital for shiny, resilient hair and smooth and tight (young-looking) skin. Omega-3 fatty acids present in tuna are known to maintain the health of cardiovascular system and brain.

Women are more prone to osteoporosis. To fight it, it is important to include calcium in your diet. Baked beans are high in calcium and are a good alternative for people who are lactose intolerant as well. Baked Beans are also rich in fiber to get rid of toxins for a clearer and brighter skin.

Potato And Chilli Tuna Salad

 
 

Potato-And-Chilli-Tuna-Salad-510 

Preparation time: 5mins

Cooking time: 15mins

Ingredients:

2 medium-sized new potatoes
8 baby cos lettuce
160g can Ayam Brand Chilli Tuna
1 tablespoon chopped mint

Method:

  1. Peel potatoes, cut into 1cm sliced.

  2. Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until tender.

  3. Rinse potatoes under cold water

  4. Lay lettuce leaves in serving bowls, top with potato and Tuna, sprinkle with mint.
