Some common conversations we hear in our offices leading up to lunch time. Tired of thinking of what/where to eat for lunch? Why not consider bringing your own lunch to work!

Packing your own lunch is the best way to control what goes inside your food. You can tailor it to suit your taste and choose good quality ingredients. Besides, eating out every day isn’t convenient for bank account, or your waistline.

As part of #AyamHealthy March campaign, we’ve consolidated some of our favourite lunch ideas to share with you!



It’s time to say good bye to boring lunches and hello to satisfying, fulfilling and healthy lunch. These recipes will make you the envy of your colleagues!


1.Creamy pita pouch

Serve this creamy tuna differently by putting it in a pita pouch. You can even prepare this mixture the night before, and only assembling it just before consumption.



If you want to be extra healthy, cut the cream and stick to tuna chunks in water!



2.Tuna rice bowl

Nothing quite compares to this comforting warm bowl of tuna rice after a hectic morning of work. Feel free to substitute rice to any carbohydrate of your choice!



 3. All-in-One Curry

Start by searching what's inside your fridge to throw inside (carrots, celery or diced chicken?). Make sure you choose a trimmed coconut milk which is lower in fat!


 4.Grilled tuna avocado melt

5.Sardines in extra virgin olive oil zoodles




Zoodles are zucchini cut in thin strips to replace regular noodles or pasta. If you are craving for noodles without the carbohydrates, then this is the perfect recipe for you! A meal is done in less than 15 minutes!




 6.Black bean sardines with rice





This literally takes no more than 1 minute to prepare! Pack your leftover rice from last night and top it with black beans sardines, and it’s ready to be eaten!
