Recipe of the week:

green curry hokkien mee

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp Ayam Brand Green Curry paste
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chinese wine
1 tbsp butter
4 to 6 big prawns
1 pc Red Grouper fillet
2 cloves of garlic, grated
200g hokkien mee (suitable for 2 pax)
Half cup water


METHOD:
1. In a heated pan, add in garlic and sauté with butter
2. Add in red garoupa fillet (flip it every 2mins)
3. Once garoupa is semi cooked, add in big prawns and stir well
4. Pour in some water together with the hokkien mee and let it simmer
5. Mix in Ayam Brand Green Curry Paste & sugar before giving it a good stir
6. Finish it off with dash of wine then serve
