Banana, Coconut & Passionfruit
Ingredients:

4 passion fruits

2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tsp lemon juice

4 bananas

2 packs Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk 200ml or 2 cans Ayam Brand™ Coconut Cream 140ml
Preparation:

Combining the coconut cream, the passion fruit pulp, the brown sugar and the lemon juice in a medium sauce pan, then bring it to a simmer at medium heat. Stir just enough to dissolve the sugar.

Add in the banana slices into it and stir all together well for about 2 minutes, until it is completely warmed. Stir gently to keep the banana in their original shape!

Once finished, serve it directly in small glass bowls or rice bowls.
