Cheesy Tuna Quesadilla
Ingredients :

1 can Ayam Brand™ Tuna in water (drained)

½ onion (chopped)

2 cloves garlic (chopped)

2 - 4 tortilla wraps

200g mozzarella cheese (grated)

3 tbsp pasta sauce
Preparation:

Drain the water from the tuna, then mix it together with the onion, garlic, and pasta sauce.

Heat up a non-stick griddle or pan on medium heat and lay down one tortilla wrap onto it.

Sprinkle some cheese on the surface of the wrap, then spread the tuna mixture on top.

Sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on top of that, then lay a second tortilla wrap on top.

Cook for about 20 seconds, then carefully flip the whole thing. Then cook for a further minute on low heat.

Alternatively, the easier way to flip is to use only one wrap, put the filling on one side of the wrap, then fold it in half while on the pan.
