Coconut Panna Cotta

Ingredients (Panna Cotta):

200ml Ayam Brand Coconut Milk

250ml water
-
½ tbsp agar agar powder
-
1 dollop of butter
Ingredients (Toppings):

Monk fruit sweetener/honey

Red dragon fruit
-
Figs
Preparation:

Boil 250ml of water in a pot.

Once boiling, add agar agar powder, keep stirring until agar agar powder has completely dissolved.

Add 200ml coconut milk in a mixing bowl, pour the agar agar mixture in, stir and mix well.

Ladle the coconut milk mixture into mold, then let cool in the refrigerator for an hour.

Meanwhile cut the fruits and set aside.

After an hour, remove panna cotta from mold and place on a plate, top with fruits and drizzle with monk fruit sweetener or honey!
