Deviled Eggs
Ingredients :

8 hard boiled eggs

3½ tablespoons mayonnaise

2 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream

1 tsp Dijon mustard

½ tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp paprika
-
½ celery stalk (chopped fine)

1 small baby dill pickle (chopped fine)

1 can Ayam Brand™ Saba flakes in olive oil (Use chili saba flakes if you want it spicy)

1 tbsp fresh green onion (chopped fine)

Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:

Hard boil the eggs. Let cool, then peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.

Scoop out the yolks and place them in a medium bowl. Use a fork to mix up the yolks, mayonnaise and yogurt until smooth.

Add the mustard, garlic powder and paprika. Whisk again until smooth.

Add the celery, pickle, saba flakes, green onion, salt and pepper. Mix to combine.

Pipe out the filling into the center of the whites. You can also just use a spoon to put the filling inside the whites.

Garnish with more of the saba flakes and the green onions.
