Flower Skull Halloween Dessert

Ingredients:

12g agar agar powder

150g sugar
-
500ml water
-
2 pandan leaves/screwpine

400ml Ayam Brand Trim Coconut Milk

Natural food coloring - red and black

Mint leaves
Preparation:

Pour agar agar powder, sugar, water into pot and bring to a boil.

Add in coconut milk to simmer at low heat till warm.

Keep them warm in thermal pot.

Pour mixture into the skull mold and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Prepare 2 bowls for the 2 colors and mix with the mixture.
-
Remove the skull mold and pour the 2 colors into the eyes and nose.
-
Lefover mixture pour into flower mold.
