Fresh Fruit Quinoa Porridge
Ingredients :

500ml water

90g of quinoa
-
270ml Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk

1 tbsp brown sugar
-
35g fresh fruit (apricot, cranberries, blueberries, raisins or goji berries)

15g walnuts
-
Honey, to taste
Preparation:

In a medium saucepan, combine water and quinoa. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes until liquid has been absorbed.

Stir in coconut milk and sugar, then cook it to a creamy consistency.

Serve into bowls and top with fresh fruit, walnuts and honey.
