Fried Baked Beans Ball
Ingredients:

2 x 425g Ayam Brand™ Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce

1 egg

3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

½ onion, finely chopped

1 tsp salt

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp ground cumin
-
1 tsp ground coriander
-
100g chickpea flour

1 handful parsley, chopped

Cooking oil
Preparation:

Drain the sauce (but keep it aside) from the baked beans. Combine the beans with the egg in a blender and blend until it becomes paste.

Combine the bean paste with all the ingredients except for cooking oil in a large bowl until well-combined.

Preheat the oven to 220°C and lay down a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray with a bit of cooking oil.

With wet hands, form the bean mixture into balls and arrange them on the baking tray. Brush some cooking oil onto each ball, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
