Sardines Fried Rice
Ingredients:

1 can Ayam Brand™ Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil 120g (drained)

200g cooked rice

2 eggs

15 prawns (medium)

2 tsp light soy sauce

2 tbsp canola oil
-
1 red bell pepper
-
30g whole kernel corn

Cooking oil
-
Pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation:

Remove the shells of the prawns, rinse and drain them. Beat the eggs together with a pinch of salt/pepper. Heat the oil in the wok and fry the beaten eggs. Cut them into strips while frying and set aside.

Heat up more oil and add the prawn then the drained sardines, bell peppers, corn, rice, shredded egg. Stir fry until all ingredients well combined.

Turn down the heat to medium low then add some soya sauce and stir quickly. Serve warm.
