Mum’s Sardines
Ingredients :

425g Ayam Brand™ Sardines in Tomato Sauce

1 tbsp cooking oil

1 red onion, chopped
-
1 long red chilli, chopped

1 small lime, quartered
Preparation:

Slice onion and chilli, put aside. Cut the lime into wedges.

In a heated pan, stir fry the onion and chilli until fragrant.

Add sardines with the tomato sauce. Simmer until the sauce bubbles.

Remove from heat, then squeeze lime juice.

Serve with rice or bread.
