Ingredients (Nasi Lemak):

3 cups rice
-
3 cups water
-
200ml Ayam Brand Coconut Milk
-
1 tsp salt
-
1 shallot
-
5 pandan leaves
-
1 lemongrass
Ingredients (Sambal Chilli):
-
1 onion
-
6 shallots
-
20 pcs dried chilli
-
1 tbsp dried shrimps (dry roasted)

8g belacan (dry roasted)
-
Tamarind paste (to mix with water)

1 tbsp palm sugar
-
1 tsp salt
Preparation (Nasi Lemak):

Put all the ingredients in your cooker and cook as per normal.
Preparation (Sambal Chilli):

Chop the onion and shallots.
-
Blend the dried chilli and dried shrimps. Add in tamarind water.

Pour oil and cook the chopped onion and shallot.

Add in belacan.
-
Add in palm sugar and salt.

Add in the chilli paste.

Cook in low heat and keep stirring until the chilli is fragrant.
