Nasi Tomato

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (80g) Ayam Brand™ Chopped Tomatoes
- Ayam Brand™ Garden Peas 200g
- Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk 200ml
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 inch of ginger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 5 shallots
- 5 bunga cengkih (clove)
- 5 buah pelaga (cardamom)
- 2 bunga lawing (star anise)
- 1 stick kayu manis (cinnamon stick)
- 400ml water
- 2 pandan leaves, knotted
- Salt to taste
- 300g basmati rice
Preparation:
- Blend the shallots, garlic and ginger.
- Set aside.
- Sauté the chopped onion until soft.
- Add in all the dried herbs and blended mix.
- Add in Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk, water, Ayam Brand™ Chopped Tomatoes, Ayam Brand™ Garden Peas, and a pinch of salt. Simmer.
- Stir in rice and pandan leaves.
- Put into rice cooker and cook.
