Pandan Pancakes Ball

Ingredients:
- 
180g pancake premix 
- 
150ml milk 
- 
35g Ayam Brand Trim Coconut Milk 
- 
2-3 drip of pandan paste 
- 
1 egg 
Preparation:
- 
Mix well the egg and milk. 
- 
Add in the coconut milk. 
- 
Once all is well mixed, add in the flour. 
- 
Use hand whisk to mix the flour till a smooth batter, once done you may add 2-3 drips of pandan paste. 
- 
Heat up the pan to medium heat. 
- 
Fill in each mold to ¾ fill. 
- 
Once it bubbles, use 2 sticks to hold the 2 sides to flip it over. 
-
