Red Curry Nasi Pataya

Ingredients:
- Ayam Brand™ Red Curry Paste 50g
- Ayam Brand™ Garden Peas
- 1 can Ayam Brand™ Saba in Chilli
- 6 cups overnight rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red chilli, seeded and sliced
- 3 garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 cup of prawns
- Pepper
- 6 eggs
- Salt
Preparation:
- In a pan, cook onion, chilli, garlic, carrots, and Ayam Brand™ Red Curry Paste together until fragrant.
- Pour in the rice and mix.
- Mix in the Ayam Brand™ Garden Peas, Ayam Brand™ Saba in Chilli, soy sauce and pepper.
- Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix eggs with salt.
- Set aside.
- In a different round pan, on low heat, pour the egg mixture and move the pan around to create a thin round layer.
- Take some fried rice and set it on top of the egg.
- Carefully wrap the rice with the egg.
- Serve with cucumber and garnish with chilli sauce and red chilli.
