Rendang Minute Steak
Ingredients:

2 x 100g rump or fillet steak, flattened using a meat mallet

4 tbsp Ayam Brand™ Rendang Paste*

4 tbsp Ayam Brand™ Coconut Milk

2 servings thick cut fries or boiled new potatoes

Chopped fresh coriander for garnish
Preparation:

Marinate minute steaks with rendang paste and coconut milk for 10 minutes at roomtemperature.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry steak till desired doneness.

Serve with fries or potatoes.
