Saba Bergedil
Ingredients :
- 
1 can Ayam Brand™ Chili Saba 
- 
2 potatoes 
- 
1 egg 
- 
1 egg yolk 
- 
1 sprig scallion (chopped) 
- 
1 sprig parsley (chopped) 
- 
Salt and ground black pepper to taste 
Preparation:
- 
Fry or bake the potatoes until fully cooked. 
- 
Mash the potatoes together with the chili saba, chopped parsley, and chopped scallion until well-combined. 
- 
Add in the egg yolk, and mix well. 
- 
Shape the potato mixture into small patties, and dip them into a bowl of beaten egg before frying them. 
- 
Alternatively, you can bake them in the oven by lining a oven tray with baking sheet, and brushing each patties with egg wash and bake at 180°C for 4 - 6 minutes.
