Saba Burger
Ingredients :

1 can Ayam Brand saba flakes in olive oil (drained)

1 egg

½ cup breadcrumbs

⅓ cup minced onion

¼ cup minced celery
-
¼ cup minced red bell pepper

¼ tsp salt
-
⅛ tsp ground black pepper
-
1 dash Worcestershire sauce

4 burger buns
-
1 tomato, sliced
-
4 large leaves of lettuce
Preparation:

Mix the saba flakes, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, red bell pepper, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce and shape into 3-4 patties.

Chill them in the fridge for about 40 minutes for easier handling.

Take out from the fridge, heat a skillet with a bit of cooking oil, and grill the patties for about 2 minutes on each side on medium heat.

Construct your burger with toasted burger buns, some tomatoes, lettuce, and your choice sauce.
