Sardine Bread Rolls

Ingredients:

White bread
-
1 can Ayam Brand™ Sardines In Chilli & Lime
-
2 eggs (beaten)
-
1 egg white wash
-
1 small onion
Preparation:

Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin or bottle.

In a bowl, stir and mixed the sardines with chopped onions and spread it onto the bread.
-
Use the egg white to seal up the end of the roll.
-
Dipped the roll into the egg mixture and fry it in high heated oil until it is brown.
