Sardines Egg
Ingredients:

1 can Ayam Brand™ Sardines in Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Chilli (with oil)

4 hardboiled eggs

1 red onion, finely sliced

2 chilli padi, finely sliced
-
Kecap manis
-
Salt to taste
Preparation:

Mash eggs with all the sardines and olive oil, fold in rest of the ingredients and season to taste.

Serve on toast with a drizzle of kecap manis and some fried shallots.
