Soya Flakes Curry Puff

Ingredients:
- 1 Ayam Brand™ Soya Flakes Chilli
- 1 Ayam Brand™ Garden Peas 200g
- 1 medium potato, peeled and diced (½cm cubes)
- 1 medium onion, peeled and finely chopped
- ¼ - ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp curry powder
- Curry puff pastry (ready-made)
Preparation:
- Boil and dice potatoes.
- In a pan, heat a few tablespoons of oil. Fry the onions over medium-low to medium heat until the onions have become translucent.
- Add the diced tomatoes, turmeric, curry powder, Ayam Brand™ Garden Peas, and Ayam Brand™ Soya Flakes Chilli into the pan.
- Stir thoroughly and set aside.
- Fill the round curry puff dough, fold carefully and pinch closed.
- Lightly fry the curry puff until golden brown and serve.
