Soya Flakes Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 1 Ayam Brand™ Soya Flakes
- 1 Ayam Brand™ Choppped Tomatoes
- 1 Ayam Brand™ Garden Peas 200g
- 24 x medium mushrooms caps, stems removed
- ½ cup, breadcrumbs, plus more for topping
- ¼ cup, parsley
- ½ onion, chopped finely
- 1 cup, shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place mushrooms on baking sheet with the stems facing upwards.
- Lightly drizzle olive oil on the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine Ayam Brand™ Soya Flakes, garlic, onion, parsley, pepper, breadcrumbs and cheese until fully mixed.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of Ayam Brand™ Choppped Tomatoes in the mushrooms and add some Ayam Brand™ Garden Peas.
- Stuff mushroom tops with the soya flakes mixture tightly.
- Bake in the oven for 12 minutes or until the mushrooms are soft and the tops are golden.
