Tuna Mac 'n' Cheese
Ingredients :

250g Macaroni pasta, cooked al dente

2 tbsp butter

¼ cup plain flour

1 garlic clove, crushed

1½ reduced fat milk

2 cans Ayam Brand™ Tuna Chunks in Water, flaked

1 cup frozen peas

1½ cups cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Grease an 18cm deep baking dish and set aside.

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and garlic. Stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Remove from heat.

Then gradually whisk in milk while whisking. Return to heat.

Cook, stirring for 5 minutes or until thickened, remove from heat.

Add tuna, peas and 1 cup of cheese. Stiruntil cheese melts, then stir in pasta.

Spoon mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Grill for 4-5 minutes or until cheese browns and melts. Serve.
