Tuna Mustard Pasta
Ingredients :

1 can Ayam Brand™ Tuna Flakes in Water 185g

280g organic penne
-
1 red onion, sliced
-
80g carrots, diced
-
45g broccoli, chopped
-
1 tsp olive oil
-
2 tsp honey
-
1 tsp mustard
-
2 tbsp skim milk
-
Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Black pepper and salt to taste
Preparation:

Cook pasta according to the directions on packaging.

Blanch the broccoli and carrots until partially soft.

Mix honey, mustard, skim milk, salt and black pepper in a small bowl.

Sauté onions, then add vegetables, tuna, pasta and sauce. Mix well.

Serve with freshly grind black pepper and grated cheese.
