Tuna Sandwich
Ingredients:

8 slices brown bread

1 piece cucumber

2 tbsps lemon juice

2 slices of tomato

Corn kernel

1 can Ayam Brand™ Tuna Mayonnaise 160g or 1 can Ayam Brand™ Tuna Sandwich Flakes in Oil Light 160g
Preparation:

Toast the brown bread.

Mix cucumber and lemon juice with tuna mayonnaise.

Spread the tuna mixture on 4 slices toast, add some thinly sliced cucumber, tomato and corn. Top with another slice toast.

Firmly press together. With a sharp knife, using a sawing motion slice, remove the crust from all sides of each stack. Then cut in half.
