Tuna & Ulam Raja Omelet
Ingredients:

1 can Ayam Brand™ Flakes Spicy Tuna in Olive Oil (with oil)

4 eggs, lightly beaten

1 tsp salt
-
½ tsp white pepper powder

100g ulam raja, washed and roughly chopped

1 red onion, finely sliced

Oil for cooking
Preparation:

Beat eggs with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in pan and fry onions till fragrant and lightly browned.

Add in tuna and ulam raja and stir fry for a few seconds.

Pour in egg mixture and cook omelet till set.

Serve with sambal belachan and a drizzle of kicap manis.
